Located in the city of Campestre, among the most beautiful mountains in the south of Minas Gerias, the Mantissa Farm is surrounded by strips of the Mata Atlântica forest. Its coffee trees are planted in fertile, clay soil, at altitudes up to 1300 meters. The attention to details and passion from seed to cup, make the farm a reference in quality, sustainability and ethics. In this way, we show the world all the potential that the region has to offer and the unique flavors of its coffees.

Classification and Tasting

Every lot is physically and sensorially analyzed by our Q-Graders (coffee classifiers and tasters classified by CQI – Coffee Quality Institute).

Storage and Commerce

With the same care and attention to details, the lots are stored in Big Bags or in jute sacks of 60 kg.
