The shape of the Arara cultivation's tree top is more smaller and has wider diameter than the common Sarchirmor varieties, such as Tupi and Obatã. It has an abundant, thick and bifurcated secondary ramification, and a high degree of leafing.
The fruit are yellow and the seeds are oblong. It is highly productivity and has a very low percentage level (1%) of mocha seeds.
It has shown high tolerance to droughts, high quality drinks, and a late fruit ripening cycle. It is also highly resistant to the coffee tree's rust, according to performance tests' results.
