MantissaRed Catuaí

Red Catuaí is one the Arabica Coffee varieties, a result of the crossbreeding between Mundo Novo and Caturra. From the former, It inherited its vigor and rusticity; from the later, it inherited is small size and great productivity.

The word CATUAÍ has Amerindian tupi-guarani roots. It means "very good."  Today, is one of the most farmed varieties on crops throughout Brazil and worldwide.

As a drink, it has a soft, light taste, with moderate acidity levels. Its taste has sweet notes and medium sharpness. It is one of the most remarkable experiences regarding taste.
