With the same care and attention to details, the lots are stored in Big Bags or in jute sacks of 60 kg.

SPECIALTY COFFEES

The specialty coffees (ranked over 80 points) are stored with high-barrier liners for a better preservation of their characteristics and the Conservation of the grains up to submitting the final clients or to the toasting and packaging of coffee in our roasting facility.

The way coffee is stored in a ventilated warehouse, under controlled humidity conditions, and cleansing rules guarantee a better Conservation and preservation of the attributes of a coffee.

Commerce is made directly with buyers and partners with transparency and efficiency, offering lots to several destinations in the world. Our farm is prepared to receive visitors, students, buyers and coffee enthusiasts who wish to know its structure and professionalism at producing fine, unique coffees.

The Planting

The planting is performed during the rain season, as the soil is moist.

The Harvesting

The selective harvest consists of collecting the ripe cereja fruit, ignoring thus the green ones.

It is ideal that the fruit be ripe, with few green or cereja fruit, in a post-ripening phase, dry or raisin.

Drying and Processing

Peeled cereja, natural and lots of fermented coffee are some of the main processes in the farm.

Classification and Tasting

Every lot is physically and sensorially analyzed by our Q-Graders (coffee classifiers and tasters classified by CQI – Coffee Quality Institute).
