One of the Arabica Coffee varieties is Yellow Bourbon. It was found in Brazil in 1930, in the state of São Paulo. This coffee that makes a drink with singular characteristics arose from a natural mutation of the Red Bourbon.

These grains give rise to drinks with soft, low acidity levels, middle sharpness and sharp, sweet, chocolate notes. As the Yellow Bourbon makes such drink, it is becoming more and more popular in the Specialty Coffees market.
