Our Farm Works with different post-harvesting processes in order to meet our most demanding clients' demands and the market's needs.
Peeled cereja, natural and lots of fermented coffee are some of the main processes in the farm.
After the coffees are harvested and only sorted in the washer and/or also pulped, the grains are exposed to the sun in conventional yards and/or suspended yards (with an ideal angle of inclination, air circulation in every direction and a more efficient use of the solar radiation).
The grain rests until it reaches 11% of humidity (considering an ideal level).
