Yellow Catucaí is one the Arabica Coffee varieties. It results from natural crossbreeding between ICATU and CATUAÍ. It was made available by Instituto Agrônomo de Campinas to be commercialized in 1972. This variety produces yellow fruit with seeds that vary from medium to big sizes.
It is s a cultivation usually present in high altitudes so that the grain might easily absorb the natural sugars during the ripening process.
It is a coffee that makes a soft beverage with medium acidity levels, sharp sweetness, that may present citric, fruit notes.
